In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice a 50% per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due prior to your next appointment booking.
Should you cancel a portion of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice 50% of the canceled service will be due at time of service.
If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment (no call, no show) you may be subject to a rebooking fee of the full amount of the missed appointment before a new appointment is accepted.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.
